Click on any of the options below for detailed ordering instructions.
Placing a secure order online To place an order online, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the hosta(s) you wish to order. This will bring you to a page showing your shopping cart--an online "box" containing all of the hostas you wish to order. Here you can view your cart contents, change quantities, remove items, and purchase items. When you decide to "Check Out" and buy the items in your shopping cart, click the "Purchase for . . ." button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. You will be asked to enter your billing information. After pushing "Next" at the bottom of the screen, you will be transferred to a secure server, where all of the information you enter is encrypted using industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. After entering your credit card information, push "Send" and we will receive your order in a matter of seconds. You will receive an e-mail receipt. (Note: Credit card charges will be processed about two weeks prior to shipping.) Credit card information via telephone If you would rather not send your credit card information to us via the Internet, you may place an order online, then call us at (309) 822-8477 with your credit card information. When you decide to "Check Out" and buy the items in your shopping cart, select "Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone" under "Choose payment option:". Next, click the "Purchase for . . ." button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. You will be asked to enter your billing information. Pushing "Next" at the bottom of the screen will take you to a page showing a printable receipt as well as our phone number so you can call in your credit card information. (Note: You will also receive an e-mail receipt.) Once we receive your credit card information, your order will be processed. (Note: Credit card charges will be processed about two weeks prior to shipping.) Other ways to order You may mail or phone us your order by printing out the order form and filling in the information.
